Intimate Connection Building

There are many unanticipated barriers that get in the way of building or re-building connection between people. I use teachings from somatic teachings and the wheel of consent to focus on specific ways we can increase pleasure in our relationship though trust using the tool of touch. Come be curious and explore together. You will be held in the space and accepted for how you show up.

Desire Discrepticies

Using some Acceptance and Commitment therapy as well as psycho-education, I use science to undertstand our individual and authentic desires. We explore how they show up, the differences between how pleasure, desire and arousal show up in your bodies and work together to identify the best journey moving forward to help increase intimacy between people.

Negotiating new Relationship Structures

As we move through time within our relationships, change is inevitable. We adapt to our most authentic selves in an ever transforming society. Negotiating new relationship structures often comes confusion, pain and trauma responses to arise, in the state of uncertainty. I lead people through this discussion, as we understand together the motivation and intent, and use language that centers identities, and understands history of the individuals. Collaboration is essential.

Finding and Accessing Pleasure

I design my approaches as they fit the relationships I am working with. Pleasure is the antidote of shame and shame is a weaponized to maintain our current social hierchies. Moving through individuals past’s to understand the reasons we don’t ask for exactly what we want today is a great start to finding grace in ourselves for each other. This is another interactive opportunity to connect with your partner(s) by using interactive methods to see connections between our experience and behaviors, and core beliefs. Using my vast referral network of queer and poly informed professionals may be of use for medical concerns as well.

Adjusting to Change

My method in working with change between individuals include an interactive approach. I instruct hands-on assessments that nourishes peoples process. Whether it is an oncoming of a new illness, childbirth, a loss or gain of an identity, my services are here to guide your relationship. Non-sexual connection led by myself will encourage individuals to hold grace and understanding for one another, opening up the possibility to be seen and understood through change.
